17 Year old Aditi Gopichand Swami made history to becomes the youngest World Archery champion in Compound women. She beat Andrea Becerra, 149-147, in the final to become a double world champion, having earned compound women’s team gold on Friday.

She is also the current World Archery Youth Champion.She claimed India’s first-ever individual title at the 2023 Hyundai World Archery .
India finished the Archery World Cup 2023 stage 4 in Paris, France, with five medals – two gold and three bronze. The competition concluded on Sunday. The Indian women’s compound archery team of Aditi Gopichand Swami, Jyothi Surekha Vennam and Parneet Kaur secured a gold medal on Saturday.
