Indian Hockey and Neeraj adds back to back Medal in two consecutive Olympic on day 12 of Paris Olympic . Hockey team wins Bronze Medal and Neeraj Chopra gets Silver medal . Hockey’s Performance is repeat of 1968 and 1972.

Women’s Individual Stroke Play Round 2- On day two Indian duo of Aditi and Diksha were placed at 14th position with Par score of -1.

Wrestling

Men’s Freestyle 57 Kg 1/8 – Aman took on Vladimir Egorov  (MKD)met in pre quarterfinal. Aman won by technical superiority with 10-0

In Quarterfinal Aman played against Zelimkhan Abakarov of Albania and he defeated again on technical superiority wit 12-0 and qualified for Semifinal.

In Semifinal Aman played against Japanese wrestler Higuchi Rei and he proved better on mat and Aman lost by 0-10. He will play for Bronze medal.

Women’s Freestyle 57 kg 1/8-     Anshu took on Helen Louise Maroulis of USA and lost by 2-7.

Hockey

Indian Men Hockey team played for Bronze Medal Match against Spain. Indian team played a scintillating match. In first quarter score was at 0-0. In second quarter Spain scored on Penalty stroke to take a lead . In dying minutes of first half Harmanpreet Singh leveled on Penalty Corner.

Third quarter in 33rd minute Harmanpreet again converted its Penalty corner and took lead of 2-1. From here on India defended next 27 minutes and won second consecutive Bronze Medal in Men’s Hockey in Olympic.

In Final Of Hockey match Germany took on Netherland. Match ended with 1-1 score and match went into Shoot out. Nederland came victorious with 3-1.
