1. 42nd NCRPB Meeting: Regional Plan–2041 Reviewed: Union Minister Manohar Lal chaired the 42nd meeting of the National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB) in New Delhi.

2. WT-MARUT Wind Energy Portal Launched: The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) launched the WT-MARUT Portal (Wind Turbine–Monitoring, Analysis, and Real-Time Resource Utilisation Technology).

11. Telangana Launches Breakfast & Milk Scheme: Telangana launched its Breakfast and Milk Scheme for government school students from pre-primary to Class XII. Annual Budget: ₹720 crore.
