1. 42nd NCRPB Meeting: Regional Plan–2041 Reviewed: Union Minister Manohar Lal chaired the 42nd meeting of the National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB) in New Delhi.

  • NCR population projected to rise from 7.86 crore to 14.73 crore by 2041

11. Telangana Launches Breakfast & Milk Scheme: Telangana launched its Breakfast and Milk Scheme for government school students from pre-primary to Class XII. Annual Budget: ₹720 crore.
